After Graduation
Servant Leadership Training
After successful completion of the regeneration program, a man may choose this period of advanced training that introduces him to the concept of servant-hood as illustrated by Jesus Christ. This training explores the cost of discipleship, small group facilitation, and the proper use of spiritual gifts.
Phase Out
This part of the program was established to help graduates of the Regeneration Program transition back into society. After successful complete of the Regeneration program, a man may enter the phase out program. Once enrolled in the phase out program, the man is allowed to stay on campus at No Longer Bound for a period of 6-12 months while he finds a job and reliable transportation.
A man in the phase out program is taught real-world responsibilities by paying weekly rent as well as making payments toward the cost of his regeneration program.
Involvement in the phase out program also enforces accountability while a man is beginning to ease back into society. A man participates in weekly accountability meetings while involved in the phase out program as well as living in a community of former addicts that can relate to the stresses of being a responsible member of society.
